I. General Provisions
- The privacy policy defines how personal data of users, necessary for providing services electronically through the https://interiosimple.pl website (hereinafter: the Website), is collected, processed, and stored.
- The Website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered.
- Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), as well as the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed
- The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, VAT number.
V. Period of Personal Data Processing
- Users’ personal data will be processed for the period:
- when the basis for processing is the execution of a contract – until the claims become time-barred after its execution,
- when the basis for processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the claims become time-barred.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
- Users’ personal data will be processed for the period:
- when the basis for processing is the execution of a contract – until the claims become time-barred after its execution,
- when the basis for processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the claims become time-barred.
- In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activity – 3 years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).
VII. Users’ Rights
- The User of the Website has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
- Requests for exercising rights should be sent to admin@interio-group.com.
- The Administrator will fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request immediately – no later than within one month of receiving it.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their rights and freedoms are violated (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
- The Website collects information through cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
- The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.
- The User can define the scope of cookies’ access to their device in the browser settings.

- adjust the content of the Website’s pages to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the Website; in particular, these cookies allow the Website to recognize the User’s device and appropriately display the page, tailored to their individual needs,

- Users’ data cannot be processed in an automated way such that it would result in any decisions being made about them.

X. Final Provisions
- The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the Users’ rights are not limited.
- Information about introduced changes will appear in the form of a notice available on the Website.
- In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
