General Provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"mfn-list mfn-list-ordered mfn-list-left mfn-list-top\">\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\">The privacy policy defines how personal data of users, necessary for providing services electronically through the <a href=\"https:\/\/interiosimple.pl\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>https<\/span><span>:\/\/interiosimple<\/span><span>.pl<\/span><\/a> website (hereinafter: the Website), is collected, processed, and stored.<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>The Website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered.<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), as well as the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">II. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Personal data is used for:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"mfn-list mfn-list-ordered mfn-list-left mfn-list-top\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>registering an account and verifying the User\u2019s identity,<\/li>\n<li>enabling login to the Website,<\/li>\n<li>executing contracts for services and e-services,<\/li>\n<li>communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>sending newsletters (upon User\u2019s consent),<\/li>\n<li>managing the commenting system,<\/li>\n<li>providing community services,<\/li>\n<li>promoting the Administrator&#8217;s offer,<\/li>\n<li>marketing, remarketing, and affiliation,<\/li>\n<li>personalizing the Website for Users,<\/li>\n<li>analytical and statistical activities,<\/li>\n<li>debt collection,<\/li>\n<li>establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>Providing data is voluntary but necessary for entering into a contract or using other functionalities of the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">IV. Types of Personal Data Processed<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Administrator may process the User&#8217;s personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, VAT number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">V. Period of Personal Data Processing<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"mfn-list mfn-list-ordered mfn-list-left mfn-list-top\">\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\">Users&#8217; personal data will be processed for the period:\n<ul>\n<li>when the basis for processing is the execution of a contract \u2013 until the claims become time-barred after its execution,<\/li>\n<li>when the basis for processing is consent \u2013 until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the claims become time-barred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>Users&#8217; personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">VI. Sharing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"mfn-list mfn-list-ordered mfn-list-left mfn-list-top\">\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\">Users&#8217; personal data will be processed for the period:\n<ul>\n<li>when the basis for processing is the execution of a contract \u2013 until the claims become time-barred after its execution,<\/li>\n<li>when the basis for processing is consent \u2013 until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the claims become time-barred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activity \u2013 3 years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">VII. Users&#8217; Rights<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"mfn-list mfn-list-ordered mfn-list-left mfn-list-top\">\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\">The User of the Website has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>Requests for exercising rights should be sent to <a rel=\"noopener\"><span>admin<\/span><span>@interio<\/span><span>-group<\/span><span>.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>The Administrator will fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request immediately \u2013 no later than within one month of receiving it.<\/li>\n<li class=\"mfn-list-item\"><span class=\"mfn-list-icon\"><\/span>The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their rights and freedoms are violated (GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"title wp-block-heading\">VIII.
